However, the day FLEW by with the extremely talented and engaging Joy as the instructor. Took the course in February in Dallas. Loved the lecture and even tho there were a lot of participants it was great... that the trainers were able to give individual attention to questions and help with the proper way of using the laser if you struggled. I am a GP dentist. took one of Joy Raskie’s laser course in Dallas Texas. Joy went over each brand including mine which... was Sirolaser Blue. I picked this for my surgery mainly. Joy was very knowledgeable about this model as well as other brands. She gave a great idea which brand is good for hygiene and which one is good for surgeries for dentists. Her course covered all aspects. Importantly her course was fun. I think it was my course that I never fell asleep. I recommend this course to all (doctors and hygienists).read more

My experience with Joy and her course was fantastic! I wish I could leave 1000 🌟 She’s enthusiastic, incredibly... knowledgeable, relatable, and takes you from start to finish with ease. I knew very little walking in at 8a and by 5p I was good to go. We applied our advanced gum training immediately upon returning to the office the following week. The verbiage provided has helped me communicate effectively with patients with very little pushback. The majority of patients are truly relieved to have another tool to help them achieve the goals they have for their oral health. It’s been 17 years since I graduated hygiene school. I’m as fired up as I was back then on Day 1. Thank you for that!!

I'm from Montana and Wyoming. We are very rural and do not have many options to access a variety of CE options that... also include a live hands on portion. Honestly, I was skeptical about the online class at first. I saw that it was pre approved by the Wyoming Board and asked others through Facebook if it was legit.
Bottom line, the information is amazingly thorough and Joy is a wealth of knowledge (yes, she is real).
I am very excited to bring this knowledge to my patients to improve their health and lives.

It was such a fun class. Joy with Advanced Dental Hygiene is a great instructor. I was not bored at all. I've had 1... other laser course before (in WI) and I did not feel confident with my skills, nor did I feel I was knowledgeable enough to educate myself/my patients. I was suprised by how well Joy taught the class and how well she explained things in both the lecture and the hands-on portion. The anologies she used were also very helpful. I'm looking forward to implementing laser treatments with my patients. 10/10read more

I absolutely loved Janessa Bock! My all day course was April 29th, 2022. Loads of hand on training. My favorite part... was the photobiomodulation section with the latest Gemini laser and it’s attachment. I mean you feel instant relief! Definitely looking forward for more sessions on future dental CE’s!

I highly recommend the online Diode Laser Certification course offered by Advanced Dental Hygiene. I chose the 8 hour... online course with virtual hands-on training and found it to be a wealth of information and training! I loved the self-paced models which you can replay as many times as needed. In addition, you have an entire year to review. Joy was supportive and helpful throughout the course and beyond; her passion and knowledge of laser dentistry is inspirational! Heather was fantastic during the hands-on training; she made the experience very relaxed and comfortable, answering all my questions and giving me great tips from all her years of experience. AMAZING!
I just completed the online diode laser certification and let me tell you it was fabulous. I was originally... signed up to go to Nashville, Tn two Fridays ago, but unfortunately with COVID-19 travel restriction protocols my work had implemented, I had to pivot and switch to online. I was kind of bummed at first, but after I got started with reviewing the materials online and the excellent videos, I'm glad I had this oppurtunity. I liked that I could watch in my pj's and could go at whatever pace I felt comfortable with and if I needed to rewatch something, it was doable. I printed out the outline to follow along and make notes which was clutch.
Joy was able to get me in contact with the ultradent rep in my area, Tanvi, and we were able to meet up so I could borrow a gemini diode laser 😍. I was able to secure pig jaws to test out on. Joy and I did the live hands on portion via zoom this morning and it was great! She was able to watch my technique and give me pointers to effectively use the laser. She was able to answer all the questions I had in regards to billing and ideas to help incorporate into private practice.
I would highly recommend the online diode certification, especially if travel is a concern or challenging for you.read more
